About
Dr. Samuel Cloud
Founder & Managing Member · CCG Advisors LLC

Dr. Cloud is a cybersecurity and governance professional with over a decade of experience in information security, risk management, and compliance. He holds a Doctor of Technology from Purdue University and the CISSP certification, and currently serves as a Senior Information Security Analyst at the Indiana Management Performance Hub (IMPH).

His doctoral research focused on cybersecurity compliance barriers facing nonprofits and small-to-medium businesses — the same population CCG Advisors is built to serve. That research foundation, combined with hands-on state government security work, informs every engagement.

CCG Advisors exists because credible GRC consulting has historically been out of reach for organizations without enterprise budgets. Dr. Cloud founded the firm to change that.
